Moon Rocks

Three products in one

A moon rock starts as a whole bud of our flower. We dip it in our black oil, then roll it through kief until the outside is coated and very little green shows through. Flower, oil and kief, stacked into one piece.

They’re sold one rock at a time, and each rock is about a gram and a half.

What it’s like

The pack says 50% THC, about twice what most flower carries, so moon rocks are strong. They’re known for a heavy, long-lasting body high, and they burn slowly. If you don’t smoke often, talk to us before you pick one up.

The taste is rich and earthy, with the kief on the outside coming through first.

How to use it

Moon rocks are sticky, and a grinder will only gum itself up. Break them up by hand.

• Pull a rock apart with your fingers, or snip it into small pieces with scissors.
• In a pipe or bong: set a few small pieces on top of some regular flower. A bowl of moon rock on its own can be hard to keep lit.
• In a joint: mix small pieces in with ground flower so it burns evenly.

Expect sticky fingers. A little rubbing alcohol on a paper towel cleans them up.

Keeping them fresh

Keep moon rocks in an airtight container somewhere cool and dark. In a hot car they only get stickier.
