The terms that apply to this website — what it is for, what it does not do, and how prices, stock and product information on it should be read.
These terms cover this website. Buying anything happens in store, so most of what follows is about how to read what is on these pages.
This site is informational
There is no shopping cart, no checkout and no customer account. You cannot buy anything here and we do not take payment online.
What the site does is tell you what we stock, what it costs in store, and how to reach us. Orders are placed by phone or at the counter.
You must be 19 or older
This site is for adults. By using it you confirm you are 19 or over, which is the legal age in Ontario. We ask for identification for every purchase, every time, without exception.
Prices
Every price shown on this site is the in-store price. Prices come from our till system and can change — the shelf is the authority, and if the two ever disagree, the price at the counter is the one that applies.
Stock
We do not guarantee that anything shown here is in stock. Our range changes weekly, particularly the flower menu. If you are making a trip for something specific, call ahead on 1.800.771.1851 and we will check for you.
Holding an order
We hold a phone order for 48 hours. After that we return it to the shelf without further notice, so let us know if your plans change.
Product information
Product descriptions, cannabinoid figures and photographs are provided in good faith. Cannabinoid content is transcribed from the packaging supplied to us.
Nothing on this site is medical advice and nothing here should be read as a claim about treating, preventing or relieving any condition in a person or an animal. If you have a health question, ask a doctor; for a pet, ask a veterinarian.
Links to other sites
Where we link out — to Google Maps, to our social accounts, to the wholesale portal — we are not responsible for what those sites do with your data or for their content. Their terms apply there, not ours.
Changes
We update these terms when the site changes. The date at the top of this page is when they were last revised.
