Sativa, Indica, Hybrid... What does it mean?

While these terms have a lot of different meanings to people who use cannabis, we use these terms to describe the perceived psychological/physical effects from their usage. 

Generally they are as follows:

INDICA

A primary cannabis cultivar type known to be calming and relaxing. These cultivars are ideal for activities during the evening that require little to no physical activity or social interaction. In terms of effects, Indica cultivars provide a high for your mind and body, creating a sedated and sleepy state of mind.

SATIVA

A primary cannabis cultivar known to be energizing and cerebral. These cultivars are ideal for activities during the daytime that require physical activity at a high level of social interaction. In terms of effects, Sativa cultivars provide a high for your mind, jumpstarting creativity, focus and mental energy.

HYBRID

A primary cannabis cultivar type that lives between Indica and Sativa. These cultivars are classified by their ability to produce a unique balance of Indica and Sativa effects. Hybrids can be both energizing and relaxing, depending on their specific cultivar lineage.

What's your strongest/best strain?

Hmmm… We get this one a lot, so lets try to help.  At any given time we carry 40-60 different cannabis cultivars, all of which have between 12%-28% THC on average. 

Does that mean the cultivar that tested at 28% percent is the strongest or best?  Not at all! 

The effects experienced by using cannabis are derived from all of the cannabinoids and terpenes present in the plant.  We recommend approaching your cannabis choices from perspective of what you like to experience and let our knowledge budtenders show you some great options!  

What Covid-19 precautions are you taking?

Here at Native Flower we take COVID-19 seriously to protect the safety of our customers and our staff.  To help ensure this we do the following:

  • We offer web and phone orders with curbside pickup for maximum safety.
  • All customers and staff must wear a mask while inside the store.
  • Customers are limited to a maximum of 6 in the store at one time.
  • All customers are offered hand sanitizer upon entry to the store.
  • All staff wear protective gloves while handling any products.
  • Staff frequently sanitize all surfaces throughout the day using certified disinfectants.
  • The store is sanitized at least 3 times daily using the HypoCln fogging system.  

How can I place a phone or web order?

Placing your order by phone or web is a great way to make sure you’ll not miss out any of our great products and will make it quick and easy to pickup your order once you get to the store.

Phone Orders

Use the website to find what you are looking for then simply call us at 1.800.771.1851.  Our expert budtenders will answer any questions you might have and take your order.  They will let you know the cost and when your order will be ready for pickup. 

Once you have arrived, you can either come in the store and let the staff know you have a phone order or if you prefer, you can call us and we will bring your order to you curbside.

Please note we will only hold phone orders for 48 hours, after which, if you have not picked up your order we will cancel it without notice. 

Web / Online Orders

Add the products you want in your shopping cart, once your ready to place your order, proceed to checkout.  If you have ordered online with us before, you can login in with your existing account or if this is your first time, you will need to provide your contact information and we will create an account for you. 

Once you have place your order, you will receive an email from us (check your spam folder if you do not see it after a few minutes), telling you the order is being processed.  If this was your first order you will also receive a welcome email where you will be able to set your password for your new account. 

When we have your order ready, you will get a second email telling you your order is waiting for pickup.  Once you arrive at the store, you can let the staff know you are there to pickup your web/online order.  If you call us once you are here at the store, we can bring your order curbside as well!

Please note we will only hold web/online orders for 48 hours, after which, if you have not picked up your order we will cancel it without notice. 

Do you offer curbside pickup?

Yes!  We offer curbside pickup by either placing a web or phone order.  Just place your order and we will let you know when you can pick it up.  Once you arrive at the store, just let our staff know by phone that you have arrived and we will bring your order to you at your vehicle.  Remember to bring cash for payment. 

Can you deliver or ship my order?

Unfortunately we do not delivery or ship cannabis products at this time.  For those who have COVID-19 concerns we do offer curbside pickup.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently only accept cash.  For your convenience we offer two ATM’s onsite. 

How does your Loyalty Program work?

Our Loyalty program is very simple, once you setup your account with us, you will collect points which can be used to purchase cannabis and cannabis accessories. 

You receive 1 point for every $10 you spend in store.  You may choose to redeem your points at anytime, where 10 points is equal to $1.

No points are earned on tobacco and points cannot be used for tobacco purchases.
