Shortbread with toffee in it

These are soft, rich shortbread cookies with Skor toffee bits mixed into the dough. The toffee goes a little chewy in the oven, so each bite is crumbly shortbread with sweet, sticky pieces of toffee through it. Vanilla and a pinch of salt keep the sweetness in check.

We bake them in small batches in our own kitchen and seal them two to a resealable pouch.

What’s in the pouch

Each cookie has 60 mg of THC, and the pouch has 120 mg in total.

The ingredients are margarine, icing sugar, vanilla, flour, baking powder, salt, Skor bits and THC distillate. They contain wheat, and Skor bits contain milk. Our kitchen also bakes with eggs and peanut butter, so ask us first if you have an allergy.

The THC comes from distillate, which has almost no flavour, so all you taste is vanilla, shortbread and toffee.

Why people like them
