Full Melt Hash

Full melt is hash that melts completely. Put a little on a hot surface and it goes to vapour and leaves the dish clean — no char, no grit, nothing sitting there afterwards. That is what the six-star grade measures: how completely a hash melts, and six is the top of the scale.

It behaves that way because there is nothing in it but resin. Only the trichome heads in the 72 to 90 micron window make it through, so what ends up in the jar is those heads and the terpenes that came with them — no plant matter, and nothing added to hold it together.

Each of the three is a single cultivar from end to end, which is the whole reason for doing it this way. The smell is that one plant’s own, rather than an average of everything that went into the batch.
