The loyalty programme
Ask us to sign you up next time you are in — it takes a moment and it is free. You get a membership card and a free premium pre-roll. Members earn one point for every $10 spent in store, and 10 points is worth $1 off.
Points come off anything we sell, whenever you like, and they do not expire. There is nothing to sign in to; and if you forget your card, we look you up at the counter.
An account is also the easy way to handle a community discount. First responders, military and veterans, and Indigenous customers show us ID once when we set the account up, and it comes off automatically every visit after that. Seniors are the exception — that one is Sundays, and we ask on the day.
So it is not a surprise at the till: our $28 ounces do not earn points. Everything else does, ounces included — and a discounted price still earns, so a special or a community discount costs you nothing in points.
